 ***This position is located onsite in Kings Mountain, North Carolina**


SUMMARY: The Site Manager position has full responsibility for vending location inventory levels and product availability metrics. Additionally, this position manages and oversees the vending replenishment activities to including Adjustment vending min/max levels, Adding new items to the vending program database and

Inventory reconciliation at consignment locations. 

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associate consistent with Core Behaviors
  • Execute and maintain processes for vending item management between vending databases and P21 to ensure data stays rationalized. 
  • Execute and maintain processes to replenish vending machines for non-consigned and consigned items.
  • Responsible for promoting a culture of safety.
  • Reviews, understands, and executes KPI’s; analyzes root cause, maps out and implements customer-specific improvement plans.
  • Works effectively with suppliers and customers and acts as the key contact
  • Represents BlackHawk, acting as a liaison with suppliers and customers and acts as the key contact.  
  • Assists in identifying and implementing cost reduction projects. 
  • Analyze use and transaction data defining application needs. 
  • Leads the effort to implement price increases with customers.
  • Responds to and resolves everyday customer requests and recommends action plans to mitigate issues as they arise.
  • Attends Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) meetings representing BlackHawk.
  • Maintains Tool Crib, enter customer orders and quotes, maintains shipping and receiving, performs cycle count and inventory review, and performs vending, stocking, and maintenance, when applicable
  • To efficiently perform all customer tasks in ERP system, crib, and if required, a customer ERP system to efficiently handle all requirements of order management.
  • Monitor vending inventory and stock levels to ensure effectiveness of the branch plan.
  • Perform all work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures.
  • Perform all work in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP system
  • Advanced knowledge of supporting software systems
  • Advanced knowledge of hardware devices, vending machines
  • High knowledge of manufacturing, industrial supply products and MRO
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in person and email.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 5 plus years of experience in a similar position required

 

PPE REQUIRED:  

  • Eye protection, ear protection, and any PPE required by customer, including steel-toed shoes and head protection.
