Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Sit Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Ontario, CA, 91761. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move, locate, and stack products within our facility. Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials and products safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking and recording product movements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification and experience operating sit-down forklifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to meet KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
