In this role, you will be responsible for operating sit-down forklifts to move, locate, and transport products within our facility. Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Document and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems are a plus.
