We are seeking a dedicated Silk Screen Team Member to join our team.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for manual silk-screening operations, and working closely with other functional areas including receiving, kitting, paintline, engineering, assembly, and fabrication.

Shift Available: First Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including consistent and proper use of required PPE.

• Set up silkscreen equipment, fixtures, and materials in accordance with production schedules and engineering drawings.

• Create and prepare screens using approved artwork files and customer specifications

• Mix inks to precise color standards to meet customer and quality requirements.

• Perform manual silkscreening operations to blueprint and work instruction specifications.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate production documentation and traceability records.

• Identify and recommend continuous improvement (Lean) opportunities within the silkscreen process.

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining silkscreen work instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant work area.

• Support training of new team members as skills and experience develop.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support production objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience and Training:

• At least 6-12 months of experience in silk screening, with experience in metal silk screening preferred 
• Must be able to interpret product routings, bill of materials, and drawings  
• Material handling experience preferred

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Specific abilities include close and colored vision
