Eye 4 Group is seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our shop team. If you have hands-on experience fabricating and assembling sign components and take pride in clean, precise work, we want to talk to you.

We build creative, higher-end signage projects seen across Indiana and surrounding states. From channel letters and monument signs to custom structural fabrications, our shop work is the foundation of everything we install - and we hold it to a high standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Fabricate and assemble sign components including routing, cutting, gluing, welding, and finishing.
• Read and interpret design proofs, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate builds.
• Prepare, measure, cut, and inspect materials before fabrication.
• Operate power tools and shop machinery including welders, saws, routers, sanders, and drill presses.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to catch and correct defects.
• Communicate with the Fabrication Lead, Design, and Production teams to resolve build challenges.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on shop equipment.
• Assist with CNC operation as needed.
• Assist in the paint booth as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in fabrication, welding, or a related trade, including CNC operation or automotive paint (sign industry experience a plus).
• Ability to read and work from design proofs, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Hands-on proficiency with welding equipment, power tools, and general shop machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects by due date priority.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in across shop needs.
