This is an opportunity for an experienced Shop Manager, Service Supervisor, Shop Foreman, or Lead Mechanic ready to take the next step. Candidates from marine, heavy equipment, diesel, automotive, fleet maintenance, manufacturing, and industrial repair backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technicians and coordinate daily shop activity.

• Schedule repairs, assign work, and keep projects moving.

• Support mechanical troubleshooting and help resolve challenging repairs.

• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and productivity.

• Coordinate with service teams on parts, timelines, and job progress.

• Coach technicians and build an organized, accountable shop.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on mechanical knowledge and repair experience.

• Experience supervising technicians or taking the lead on shop work.

• Ability to prioritize jobs, solve problems, and communicate clearly.

• A practical leadership style and commitment to quality.

• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, drivetrain systems, or related equipment.

Marine experience is valuable, and candidates with transferable mechanical and leadership experience are welcome.
