Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the shop area to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including material handling and equipment preparation.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Help with inventory management, including tracking supplies and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving shop processes.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe workplace.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed.
• Needs welding experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a shop or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
