Job Description

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Navasota, TX-based Weld Line Helper and Yard Operator Helper to work for a leading oil and gas manufacturing company. Weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $17/hr., this is just starting out, tremendous opportunities for growth here. Dayshift and Nightshift role. At 72 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,500 gross.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual with strong communication skills who can clearly communicate inspection results to production personnel. This role requires the ability to stand and work indoors and outdoors for up to 8 hours, perform bending, stooping, and moderate heavy lifting, and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience using measuring tools is highly preferred, and a stable work history is essential.

Weld Line:

• Assist with sanding, grinding, and welding operations

• Set up and operate grinder/sander equipment per specifications

• Perform measurements and basic quality checks

Yard Operations Helper

• - Assist with loading and unloading forklift trucks in the pipe yard
  • Break bundles and lay stripping between layers at pipe storage racks
  • Apply ID stickers to pipe for inventory and tracking purposes

General Requirements (All Roles)

• High School Diploma or GED (required or preferred depending on role)
• Ability to stand up to12 hoursand work indoors/outdoors
• Basic experience withmeasuring toolspreferred
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and safety mindset
• Willingness to worknights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Stable work history highly preferred
