We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team in our Metal Fabrication Shop located in Warminster, PA, 18974. As a Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the metal fabrication shop.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Oversee welding setups for production, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed.
Utilize CAD/CAM software, specifically AutoCAD, for design and production planning.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project alignment.
Read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication processes.
Operate and maintain various welding equipment including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welders.
Utilize manual grinders and CNC plasma cutters for precise metal shaping and finishing.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards in production.
Train and mentor staff on welding techniques and equipment operation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication.
Strong knowledge of welding processes and equipment.
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with quality control software and practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Relevant certifications in welding and fabrication are a plus.
