Looking for a hands-on manufacturing career with a stable schedule and room for growth? We are currently hiring Shop Assistants to support various production departments within our facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and learning multiple aspects of the manufacturing process.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift

• Monday – Thursday

• 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• Four 10-hour shifts

3rd Shift

• Monday – Thursday

• 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Four 10-hour shifts

Job Responsibilities

As a Shop Assistant, you will work under the direction of experienced operators and assist in a variety of manufacturing and production functions, including:

• Loading raw materials and removing finished parts from laser equipment

• Assisting with deburring, sanding, and grinding metal components

• Supporting quality inspection activities and moving parts as directed

• Assisting with brake press operations

• Supporting welding and spot welding departments

• Installing hardware and inserts into finished products

• Loading parts and assisting with wash and etch processes

• Assisting with paint preparation and powder coating operations

• Packaging products and assisting with assembly functions

• Performing general shop labor and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Willingness to learn multiple departments and processes

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
