NW Industrial Staffing is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for a state of the art sheet metal fabrication facility here in Eugene.

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing environment.

Experience with inventory control and maintaining accurate inventory of production materials and finished goods.

Ability to train, coach, and develop employees while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of quality assurance processes to ensure finished products meet company standards.

Experience operating shipping and inventory management systems.

Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on warehouse equipment and machinery.

Experience creating, maintaining, and distributing departmental records, reports, and documentation.

Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including OSHA compliance, workplace safety, and employee training requirements.

Strong employee management skills, including scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

JOB DETAILS:

Location: Eugene, OR

Shift Days

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $24/h to start to $25/h
