• Inspect outgoing shipments for damage and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve shipping issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in FedEx or UPS shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using shipping software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
