Shipping Specialist - UPS/FedEx Small Parcel

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay: $19–$25/hour

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00am–3:30pm

Summary

Atlas Seals is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to package products and process outgoing small-parcel shipments using UPS and FedEx software. You’ll organize daily shipments, manage priorities, and keep products moving out the door steadily and accurately.

This is a dedicated outbound shipping position, not a warehouse job. It does not involve freight or LTL shipping, forklifts, picking orders from stock, inventory management, or receiving.

What You’ll Do

• Package products for outgoing small-parcel shipments.

• Process shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software.

• Organize and prioritize daily shipments to maintain a steady shipping flow.

• Work with the Finishing/Assembly Manager and learn any additional duties needed for the role.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work.

• Attention to detail when packaging products and processing shipments.

• Basic computer skills to work with shipping software.

• Willingness to learn and follow shipping procedures.

• Availability to work the 7:00am–3:30pm day shift.

The Finishing/Assembly Manager will provide training on additional duties needed for the position.
