What You'll Do:
Regardless of how well our production work is performed, it is crucial it arrives at our customers’ facilities in tip top shape! In this role, you’ll assist in our day-to-day shipping and receiving activities. In addition to completing processing activities for parts that enter and leave our facility, the ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and building crates and other packaging assemblies, as well as serving as a back-up delivery driver (NON-CDL) for local errands.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 1-3 years of related experience - Preferred
  • 1-3 years of Fork Truck experience - Preferred
  • Valid WI Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Experience with loading and unloading heavy loads preferred
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, and to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
  • Must be physically able to:
    • Regularly stand, walk, reach with arms, use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
    • Regularly lift or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
    • Verbally communicate and reliably hear


A Day in the Life:

  • Process and Document all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Distribute incoming orders to their proper destination throughout the plants.
  • Build wooden shipping crates, load, and block contents.
  • Prepare required forms and generate shipping paperwork from shipping software.
  • Load and unload trucks with forklift and/or crane.
  • Properly secure loads for transit.
  • Communicate with internal personnel to coordinate materials and supplies.
