Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Manager to join our team in Roseville, MI. In this role, you will oversee all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Supervise and train shipping and receiving staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Develop and implement procedures to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate with vendors and carriers to schedule shipments and resolve any issues.
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.
Analyze shipping and receiving metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in shipping and receiving management or a related field.
Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
Knowledge of HVAC industry a PLUS!
Operation of a forklift
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
