Job Overview:

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Rochester, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing inbound and outbound shipments, verifying the products, quantities, carriers, paperwork match company requirements, and maintaing accurate inventory records. The coordinator will receive and inspect incoming goods, place inventory in the proper location. Prepare outbound shipments, assisit with warehouse organization, and work closely with other departments to support efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect outgoing orders for accuracy and report discrepancies before shipment.
  • Verify that all packages are matched with the correct paperwork, labels, and carrier information before loading.
  • Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory in designated locations.
  • Compare received goods against packing lists or purchase orders and document shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Process returns, damaged goods, or vendor returns according to company procedure.
  • Load and unload trucks daily using appropriate warehouse equipment.
  • Assist with cycle counts or physical inventory counts.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock shelves to support efficient inventory management.
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, drivers, and internal departments to resolve shipping or receiving issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping, receiving, and warehouse area.
  • Work closely with other departments to support overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in shipping, inventory management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Forklift experience necessary.
