What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same, but a typical day may include:
- Picking customer orders accurately using pick tickets and warehouse systems
- Packing products securely for shipment
- Preparing and staging orders for on-time delivery
- Completing shipping paperwork and system transactions
- Maintaining accurate inventory and supporting cycle counts
- Organizing warehouse locations and replenishing inventory
- Working closely with teammates to meet daily shipping goals
- Helping identify better, more efficient ways of doing things
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices
- Ensure shipments meet quality standards before leaving the facility
- Complete shipping documentation accurately and on time
- Report inventory or product discrepancies promptly
Warehouse Operations
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization
- Handle products according to GMP and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse and distribution activities as needed
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily production and shipping goals
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow
- Take ownership of your work while supporting the success of the team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Experience with warehouse equipment, RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is helpful, but we're happy to train the right candidate
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds, along with regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching throughout the workday. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
This position is based in our fast-paced warehouse and distribution facility with moderate noise levels. Employees may work around products containing milk, eggs, fish, peanuts, wheat, shellfish, soybeans, tree nuts, and gluten.
