Shipping & Receiving

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who can confidently manage shipping operations, inventory, and forklift operation while supporting additional warehouse and manufacturing duties as needed.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Securely pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Process LTL, FTL, and small parcel shipments
• Utilize UPS, FedEx Freight, and small parcel shipping software
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas
• Assist with additional warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control required
• Forklift experience required
• Understanding of freight class, LTL, and FTL shipments
• Computer literate with experience using shipping software platforms
• Experience with UPS, FedEx Freight, and small parcel systems required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team player with a flexible attitude toward daily tasks
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is a must to be able to assist with Spanish speaking only customers.
