Job Overview:
**Responsibilities and Duties
**
Package all shipments and ship via UPS, Federal Express and motor freight.
Maintain stock of all required packaging material.
Receive inventory and supplies; write up receiving reports and match to purchase orders.
Reports any damaged or defective items to supervisor for RMA to vendor.
Stock and maintain inventory and perform cycle counts and adjust quantities.
Pulls required parts from inventory to create assembly kits
Update and maintain customer calibration certificates and equipment serial number log.
Using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment perform a series of operations to correctly assemble program and set up all monitors and detectors.
Maintains a clean, neat and member ready area
Perform final checks for defective items, ensure all working items are put into inventory and keep detailed records of materials
Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge/Skills
**
High School diploma or GED
1+ year distribution/warehouse industry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Pulling, packing, stocking and able to frequently lift and or move up to 35 lbs.
Ability to operate pallet jack for loading and unloading
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized individual with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Able to work independently and within a team
