📦 Shipping & Receiving Specialist – International & Domestic Logistics

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay: $18–$19/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8am to 4:30pm

Employment Type: Full-time | In-office

🚛 About the Role

We are actively seeking a highly experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in both shipping and receiving operations. This is a critical role within our fast-paced environment, responsible for handling domestic and international logistics, inventory counts, documentation accuracy, and inbound/outbound inspection processes.

This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven, with a strong knowledge of major carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and FedEx Freight.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Duties:

• Handle domestic and international shipments using FedEx, FedEx Freight, UPS, and DHL

• Create shipping labels and documentation accurately and efficiently

• Work both independently and collaboratively within a small team

• Perform visual inspections of outgoing parts for accuracy and quality

• Participate in inventory tasks including cycle counts

• Use basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage shipping data

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all shipping tasks

Receiving Duties:

• Receive and inspect deliveries, confirming accuracy of counts and paperwork

• Organize and store incoming materials in a structured and traceable manner

• Prioritize and process high-urgency shipments tied to customer orders

• Track inbound shipments through FedEx, UPS, or DHL portals

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

• Maintain accurate records using Excel and Outlook

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum **1-2 years **with **Domestic & International Shipping expeirence **

• Hands-on experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL (including creating shipping labels)

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Able to lift and inspect large quantities (up to 20,000+ parts when needed)
