Are you a detail-oriented pro who likes to stay moving? We are looking for a Material Handler to be the "engine" of our Kalkaska plant. You won’t just be moving boxes; you’ll be the gatekeeper of our inventory, ensuring every piece of material is measured, inspected, and exactly where it needs to be.

The Day-to-Day:

• The Move: Operate forklifts to keep materials flowing between departments and onto shipping trucks.

• The Check: Use cool tech (micrometers, gauges, and microscopes) to ensure raw materials meet our high standards.

• The Flow: Manage inventory through cycle counting and WIP processing.

• The Paperwork: Create accurate labels and documentation so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

What You Bring:

• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the desire to be part of a winning team.

• License: Already have a forklift license? Great! If not, we will train and certify you.

You should be proficient in:

• Shipping/Receiving
• Material Handler Experience
• Packaging Experience
• Basic Computer Skills
