Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed (including the last Saturday of each month).
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage daily shipping and receiving operations while ensuring products are accurately processed, documented, and delivered on schedule. This role will coordinate outbound shipments, receive incoming materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient warehouse operations while adhering to company safety and quality standards.
3+ years of shipping and receiving experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Basic computer and math skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Willingness to work the last Saturday of each month and New Year’s Eve as needed
Prepare, package, and process products for shipment according to customer requirements and orders
Review outgoing shipments for accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, weights, and required documentation
Label, identify, and package materials using proper shipping methods and packaging standards
Generate shipping documentation, including labels, postage, and Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) through customer portals
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials while identifying and reporting discrepancies
Perform part marking and identification prior to shipment
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and packaging materials
Follow and maintain packaging and shipping procedures and work instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
This position operates within a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to machine noise, forklifts, metal components, oils, and other industrial conditions. Occasional travel between the Southwick and Westfield facilities may be required.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, climb stairs, and sit for extended periods
Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and instructions with or without corrective lenses
