The Role
From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule
- D - Night Shit: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, e/o Saturday)
What You'll Do- Collaborate with teammates to achieve production and safety goals
- Coach, motivate and engage team members to assist in workforce development
- Organize and lead shift and safety meetings
- Establish work schedules and production sequences to meet production goals
- Conduct performance evaluations in a timely manner
- Confirm all lines are cleaned in accordance with BRC standards
- Document all disciplinary actions resulting from policy/procedure violations
- Verify the quality of all products by managing and overseeing quality checks
- Ensure shift is staffed in its entirety and communicates with human resources
- Analyze and complete overtime paperwork, records, performance charts, work orders, and production schedules to set production requirements, production estimates, and outputs
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
- 2+ years of Leadership Experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous manufacturing experience
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary:
- Wages ranging from $27.00 - $33.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
