Duties: Assist the daily management of workshop, organize and coordinate the work of associates, and ensure normal operation of the workshop. Set goals according to production plan the department requirement, carry out safety publicity, cost control, quality control, output, yield improvement, etc. to effectively implement and complete various affairs and performance indicators issued by department. Supervise completion of daily inspections in production process, product first, middle and last inspections, and completion of various affairs. Check data compliance of production report and recording system, understand production status of each production line, such as production equipment downtime, mold status, and employee operating process defects, make root cause analysis for each production line. Follow up the situation of daily pre-shift meeting, implement staff's leave status, make reasonable overall arrangement for production, effectively lead multi-post skill training of staff, and effectively improve staff's multi-post skills. Continuous improvement projects and new product development projects. Participate in feasibility assessment of new product development, identify problems and risks in early stage of mold production, formulate product production processes with team, formulate and improve production operations. Assist in planning and layout of equipment connection, installation and commissioning of new equipment, optimization of technical transformation of unreasonable institutions, etc. Responsible for abnormality in process of PVC test tube: such as burnt hole pack, product and color difference, mold indentation, burnt hole pack to solve problems and color difference, mold indentation, splits, etc. Track new product samples, guide production and delivery and other related management measures. Implement and manage various KPI indicators. Responsible for assisting workshop to formulate training plan for employees and carry out work strictly according to three major operation guidance of quality, technology and equipment. Responsible for employees' call offs and attendance, rationally allocate production personnel, adjust production plans, improve labor efficiency and reduce production costs. Responsible for quality problem handling and root cause analysis report. Management and rectification measures to prevent the outflow of defective products. Safety production training and implementation of 5S/TPM visual management. Participate in company's safety production training, assist safety department to conduct safety inspections, excel in the management and control of dangerous goods and chemical identification, and place and discard them at designated locations. Implement 5S/TPM visual management of workstations and organization, implement class-to-class handover, supervising, maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements: Two years of experience in each:

•     management knowledge including cost analysis, TPM, 6S, and 5 Whys analysis

•     PVC/TPE injection encapsulation

•     operation and parameter setting of vertical/horizontal injection molding machines

•     structure, function, and maintenance of injection encapsulation molds

•     layout and 6S management of automated injection encapsulation production lines

•     encapsulation process flow and methods for resolving process defects/issues and quality standards for encapsulation products

•     Proficient in post-processing techniques for encapsulation and capable of training others in these operations
