Job requirement:
Production Planning and Coordination - Report to the Production Manager, organize and plan daily production activities according to production orders. Coordinate work assignments across departments to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery. Assist related departments such as Finance and Statistics in stocktaking, material reconciliation, and bonus management.
Quality and Cost Management - Responsible for production quality and cost control to meet company objectives and KPIs. Supervise process execution and product quality, implementing corrective actions when deviations occur. Manage quality documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping for traceability and compliance.
Team Training - Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate daily production goals, quality standards, and safety reminders. Prepare and conduct initial, formal, and cross-functional training programs for operators, including evaluation follow-up. Ensure all operators follow standard operating procedures (three-operation instructions) and maintain consistent work discipline.
Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect and analyze shift production data to assess performance, yield, and quality trends. Report production and quality results to the Production Manager with data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Verify accuracy of production reports and ensure data alignment between warehouse inventory and system records.
Safety, Environmental, and 5S Management - Enforce 5S and visual management principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. Identify workplace environmental factors, hazards, and implement effective control measures. Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents or abnormal conditions to minimize safety risks.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement - Strictly implement integrated management system requirements and ensure full compliance with company policies. Supervise the use and maintenance of production equipment and tools to ensure reliability and safety. Manage waste sorting and storage responsibly, supporting sustainability and environmental protection goals.
Education Background requirement:
Bachelor in Mechanical Design Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent.
One (1) year of experience in manufacturing operations in the automotive glass industry. Experience must include:
1. Knowledge of automated production line processes, including laminated windshield packaging or similar automated manufacturing systems.
2. Experience with industrial robotic operation, including basic teaching, reset, and trajectory adjustment of robotic systems (e.g., KUKA or equivalent).
3. Knowledge of quality management processes, quality issue tracking and resolution, and on-site safety and 5S inspection systems.
4. Ability to identify and respond to production process issues and to coordinate with relevant teams to support production operations.
