The Role:

We are currently seeking a Shift Lead who will be instrumental in managing the workflow and support the shift supervisor in the day-to-day operations of our distribution center during the assigned shift.  You will coordinate and assist in the order picking fulfillment process, staging and shipping of healthcare products while ensuring compliance in company guidelines and standards. 

The Shift:

This position operates on a first shift, Monday –Friday 5:00PM to 1:30AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and manage the daily operations of the distribution center alongside the shift supervisor, overseeing inventory integrity and order fulfillment accuracy.
• Maintain compliance and adherence to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Quickly address and resolve operational hitches to prevent delays in service and delivery.
• Adherence to inventory processes.
• Works closely with the distribution center team to optimize the distribution process and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interactions.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

The Successful Candidate will bring:

• High School or GED Graduate.
• Read, write, and speak English for work related communication.
• Two year’s experience working in a distribution center environment required; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Current student of a supply chain and logistics program would be considered.
