What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of additional education and/or related marine sheet metal experience
What You Will Do
- Design and implement training programs for marine sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for employees.
- Assess the training needs of staff and tailor programs to meet those needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate into training.
- Collaborate with management to establish training goals and objectives.
- Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees to ensure skill retention and application.
- Monitor progress and certification status of trainees.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
