Job Information

• Location: Goose Creek, SC
• Travel: 10–25%
• Clearance Required: No

• Train-the-Trainer Location: Newport News, VA (2–3 months)

What You Need

• High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of additional education and/or related marine sheet metal experience

What You Will Do

• Design and implement training programs for marine sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for employees.
• Assess the training needs of staff and tailor programs to meet those needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate into training.
• Collaborate with management to establish training goals and objectives.
• Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees to ensure skill retention and application.
• Monitor progress and certification status of trainees.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
