We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Houston, TX, 77041. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the quality control process for sheet metal fabrication.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control are a plus.
