We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN, 55414. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality sheet metal components that meet our clients' specifications. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Operate various sheet metal fabrication tools and machinery, including brakes, hardware insertion machines, and assembly.
• Ensure all fabricated products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
• Proven experience as a sheet metal fabricator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a fabrication environment.

Shift hours are Monday - Thursday from 2:30 pm - 1:00 am

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
