*Summary:

• 

The Sheet Metal Associate I is responsible for performing hands-on tasks related to sheet metal fabrication

and assembly. This role focuses on stainless steel polishing, precise assembly, and fabrication of sheet

metal components while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:



Operate and maintain sheet metal department equipment.



Perform stainless steel polishing to meet finish specifications.



Assemble and fabricate sheet metal components according to drawings and work instructions.



Ensure accurate cutting, shaping, and fitting of sheet metal parts.



Maintain a clean and organized work area.



Follow established safety and quality protocols.



Assist in inventory checks for consumables, tools, and PPE as needed.



Report any equipment or quality issues promptly to the supervisor.

*Must Have:

• 

Basic understanding of sheet metal processes and equipment.



Knowledge of stainless-steel finishing techniques.



Technical skills – proficiency with hand tools and fabrication equipment.



Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.



Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.



Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, etc.).



Forklift operation experience preferred (certification a plus).

• Machine Building/Assembling
• Measuring and Quoting
• Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
