Shaw Floors Project Manager

Position Overview

The Shaw Floors Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to the Shaw Floors marketing team. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget, and utilizing project management platforms to streamline project workflows and optimize efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage projects related to the Shaw Floors product line using project management software (WorkFront).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

• Create and manage project workflows, track project status, and facilitate collaboration among team members.

• Monitor project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization and provide recommendations to enhance project management capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project updates and requirements to stakeholders.
