First & Second Shift Available

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines and equipment to produce high-quality sewn products.
• Read and interpret patterns, specifications, and instructions for various sewing projects.
• Measure and cut fabric according to project requirements.
• Ensure the quality of finished products by inspecting seams, stitches, and overall appearance.
• Maintain sewing machines and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training new team members on sewing techniques and equipment usage.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in the workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sewing, preferably in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of various sewing techniques and fabric types.
• Ability to read and follow patterns and instructions accurately.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of sewing machine maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sewing or textiles is a plus.
