Job Overview:
Company is seeking a dependable Setup Operator to join their manufacturing team on 1st or 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in machine setup, production equipment and manufacturing who are looking for a stable, full time position. If you're mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools in a fast paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:
**
Set up and operate production equipment.
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection, cleaning, and servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to avoid machine or process breaks down.
Maintain maintenance logs of equipment serviced.
Provide guidance and training to other technicians or production associates.
Other duties assigned as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications:
**
Technical and manufacturing experience- at least 1-2 years at one company.
HS diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Job Specifications:
**
Pay Range: $22-23/hour
Shift(s): 1st or 2nd shift
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
