Job Description

Our Client in Mentor immediately needs an experienced Set Up Lead/Foreman.

• **Pay is $25-32 per Hour **
• This is a 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Positions available

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Check Cycle times on machines daily

• Perform machine operator training

Determine machine operator capabilities using 3,6,9,11 week evaluation sheets

• Troubleshoot machine issues

Perform visual part check- each work center, at least 2 times per shift: par mark, caps, saw burrs, inside burrs, thread depth, and other cosmetic issues

Kit jobs on cars, update setup sheets when necessary before teardowns

Lead set-ups to completion, utilizing machine operators and other resources

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checks are being performed on the machines.

Ensure weekly/monthly machine PMs are being performed

Identify drill/tapping heads that need to be repaired and coordinate with maintenance

Identify pumps and motors that need to be repaired or replaced due to leaks or bearing issues

• Strong Computer Skills - AutoDesk, Bluebeam, MS Office
• **Successful track record of working cross-functionally **
• Training ISO 9000
