Job Description

• Responsible for hanging and setting up tools in preparation for production run, as well as starting up production jobs and troubleshooting
• Set-up and start production jobs as well as adjust and troubleshoot these jobs when issues arise during a production run according to work instructions
• Perform mold tooling inventory control
• Press tear down, follow mold pull procedure
• General shop maintenance, cleaning and organization
• Update ERP system for down-time codes or setup of tools
• Ensure press is running properly; communicate any problems to supervisor

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma, GED or 12 years formal education preferred, but not required
• Must have good basic math skills
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of injection molding experience is preferred
• Good Mechanical experience
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds, climb up and down stairs, and stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to operate a forklift
