Job Description

  Site preparation which consists of the following: 

• Checking pins, tamping stone, installing straights (batter boards) for string line, screed stone. 
• Ensure proper installation and sealing of precast concrete walls panels with accordance to standards set    forth by Superior Walls of America. 
• Verify diagonals are within Superior Walls Specifications.  Pick up any debris left on jobsite and dispose of properly.  
• To abide by all safety rules, policies and procedures.

   Duties will vary according to classification, Lead man, second man, laborer.

      Skills and Attributes:

•  Ability to stand for long periods of time
•  Ability to manually lift 80 lbs.
•  Ability to follow specific directions
•  Ability to work well with others
•  Ability to operate laser, cut saw, impact wrench, various drills
•  Ability to use basic hand tools
•  Ability to ready shop prints and translate information into actual performance
•  Ability to accurately read tape measures
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
•  Ability to hold privileged communications and information confidential
•  Punctuality and reliability concerning work schedules
• Willing to work as required to accomplish company goals

Experience Requirement:

•  Poured in Place or Block Foundations Experience is helpful
•  Carpentry experience is a plus
•  Crew Lead must possess layout skills and leadership abilities
  
   

Education Requirement

•  High School graduate level Math skills
