As a Services Training Center Manager , you will be responsible for successful and efficient delivery of training offer catalogue deliverables and to ensure a profitable local training activity. In addition to running the operations of the training center, you will play a tremendous role into the market positioning of this center to both our partners and end users as a reference for high quality training

Key responsibilities:

·       Drive the growth of Schneider Electric's customer training business.

·        Foster st rong relationships with internal partners and promote our training center's offerings.

·        Oversee financial performance, ensure operational efficiency, and adapt to changing business needs.

·        Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, inspire teams, and develop talent.

·        Understand and anticipate customer needs, delivering tailored training solutions.

·        Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, and manage risks effectively.

·        Leverage your deep knowledge of Schneider Electric's offerings to deliver exceptional customer value. 

Required qualifications:

·       University degree in Business Engineering or equivalent

·       5 to 8 Years’ technical experience and good mastery of SE equipment

·       Is experienced in managing a revenue generating unit

·       Has experience working with multiple internal and external parties

·       Has knowledge of and experience in end-to-end operations processes

·       Has the ability to communicate effectively and run training center presentations and walkthroughs

·       Passionate about learning everyday

·       Fluent in English, French
