Service Technician / Plumber

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Service Technician / Plumber for a growing company specializing in residential water treatment systems. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Job Duties

• Report to the office each morning at 8:00 AM to receive the day's work schedule
• Load the company-provided service van with necessary parts and supplies
• Install, service, and maintain home water treatment systems
• Change filters in reverse osmosis systems
• Test and analyze water quality
• Diagnose and repair water softeners and related equipment
• Replace defective parts as needed
• Install new water softener systems
• Deliver and load 40-pound bags of water softener salt
• Provide professional customer service while working in residential settings

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing, service technician, maintenance, or related field experience preferred
• Plumbing license or plumbing apprenticeship experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift and carry 40-pound bags of salt regularly
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes

Pay

• Pay rate will be based on experience and licensing ($18 or $22+)
• Plumbing licenses and apprenticeship experience may qualify candidates for higher pay
