Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to determine the best course of action for repair.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, repair, and replace HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is preferred.

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• EPA Type 2 or Universal required.
