Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare, service, and complete Downhole tools in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Service tools in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with Service Quality procedures.
• Complete production assignments as directed by supervisors and management.
• Accurately complete service documentation and maintain detailed production records.
• Safely operate equipment required to perform job duties, including cranes, forklifts, and other shop equipment.
• Collaborate with personnel across multiple departments to support operational goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and new projects as assigned by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Perform the overall preparation, service, and completion of Downhole tools.
• Service tools in a timely manner without deviation from Service Quality procedures.
• Complete production assignments as directed by Supervisors and Management.
• Develop accurate and complete service documentation in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
• Work scheduled hours as determined by management.
• Lift up to 70 pounds as required.
• Travel domestically up to 10% as required.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, odors, and varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience applicable to servicing Downhole tools or similar equipment preferred.
• Sufficient training and experience to become familiar with the operational characteristics of company products preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using TAT, EDS, and the SSE Program preferred
