We are currently looking for Service Technicians for our Twin Cities operations. Maintaining a high level of internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction is critical to this role. Service Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

· Clean and inspect fireplaces

· Inspect equipment and identify safety or performance concerns

· Solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by customers

· Set up and start new fireplaces

· Maintain and sustain inventories in your van stock

· Maintain good customer relations with customers including our builders

· Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending Must furnish own hand/shop tools (May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs.)

· Maintain accurate service records and communicate job details with the office.

· High quality standards

Experience/Education:

· 1 year in a service and or mechanical industry

· Previous fireplace service or installation a plus

· High School Diploma

· Strong customer service

· Mechanical aptitude, including knowledge of gas lines, low voltage and 110 power.

· Problem solving skills

· Handy with tools

· Familiar with construction, electrical

· Ability to read blueprints (plus)

· Ability to multitask

· A Good Attitude

· The ability to work efficiently in a team environment
