Primary Responsibilites
- Perform the preparation, servicing, and completion of downhole tools.
- Service tools in accordance with established Service Quality procedures and production schedules.
- Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently while meeting supervisor and management expectations.
- Prepare accurate service documentation and maintain required records in a timely manner.
- Safely operate shop equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with personnel across departments to support operational objectives.
- Participate in new project initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
- Follow all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
- Work assigned schedules as determined by management.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Travel domestically up to 10% as required.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise levels, vibration, dust, fumes, and odors.
- Perform duties both indoors and outdoors, including in varying weather and temperature conditions.
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience servicing downhole tools or similar oilfield equipment preferred.
- Working knowledge of downhole tool operations and servicing procedures preferred.
- Ability to accurately complete service documentation and follow written procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or obtain required certifications.
