Position: Service Technician (Service + Sales Focus)

Pay: $25/hr + Uncapped Commission Potential

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Season: March–November (slower winter season)

Location: Flathead Valley

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Technician who not only performs pest control services but also builds relationships with clients and identifies additional service opportunities. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with consultative sales, allowing you to grow your income through uncapped commission based on services sold and customer retention.

What You’ll Do

• Service 700+ residential and commercial accounts with pest control treatments
• Apply chemical treatments and spray applications safely and effectively
• Educate customers on pest issues and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Build rapport with clients to generate repeat business and upsell opportunities
• Travel to service locations using a company vehicle
• Maintain accurate service records and follow all company protocols
• Represent the company professionally at all times in both appearance and communication

What You Bring

• Strong customer service skills with a sales-minded approach
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients
• Clean driving record (past 4 years)
• Willingness to learn pest control techniques and chemical handling
• Professional, presentable appearance (natural hair color, no facial tattoos or extreme piercings)
• Ability to work 8–12 hour days during peak season

Experience

• No pest control experience required — full training provided
• Background in service, labor, mechanical, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
