👷 What Your Day Will Look Like:

• 👥 Staff Leadership: Hire, develop, coach, and supervise shop service teams. Deliver training programs and uphold standards for policy, operations, equipment care, and compliance.
• 🦺 Safety: Champion a culture of safety by ensuring team members consistently follow Xylem safety protocols, utilize proper PPE, and participate in regular safety talks and training.
• 📋 Scope Delivery: Understand project contracts and scopes, collaborate with sales and operations for optimal project delivery, manage field staff scheduling, and provide input for proposals as needed.
• 🔄 Internal & External Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on shop repairs, risks, and mitigation strategies; regularly update the Area Manager on safety, production, and project issues.
• ✅ Quality Management: Lead quality assurance and control in service repairs, leverage data to address issues, and implement corrective actions. Champion corporate initiatives like Watermark, Concern Reporting, and point kaizens

📋**Qualifications: **

• GED or High School Diploma. Bachelor’s/technical degree preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in supervisory role.
• 3-5 years of submersible pump experience required.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office, standard asset systems/software.
• Waste Water System experience and pump experience is a plus.

Pay rate: $80k - $110k/yr (depending on experience and other factors)💵
