SUMMARY:

At Barletta, we are proud of the service delivery and customer experience we provide to our dealer network as well as the retail customers that choose a Barletta pontoon boat. As an extension to our Customer Experience team, the Service Parts and Shipping Associate role is an extension to our service organization. This role helps pick up and deliver parts/supplies from various locations and monitor inventory on hand and fulfill orders being picked and prepped for shipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Warehouse Operations:

• Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing items.
• Requisition andmaintainshipping materials and supplies to ensurean appropriate levelof inventory.

1. Order Fulfillment:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule, involving loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Review packing lists, adding any necessary documentation or instructions prior to sealing.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Verify order accuracy and ensure products are free from damage and imperfections.
• Measure and weigh each part tooptimizecontainer usage whilemaintainingadequate shipping protection.

1. Customer Interaction:

• Collaborate with customer service and parts departments to resolve issues related to order fulfillment and shipping, such as damaged items or returns.
• Send customer shipping confirmations and tracking information promptly.

1. Shipping Logistics:

• Selectappropriate carriersfor domestic and international shipments and complete necessary shipping documentation.
• Stage completed packages in theappropriate carriershipping location.

1. Transport and Delivery:

• Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and materials from various locations.
• Ensure safe operation of all transport-related equipment, including warehouse vehicles.

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain in-housevendorand fabricated inventory.
• Keepaccuraterecords of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

1. Safety and Environment:

• Keep the warehouse and work area clean and safe.
• Constantly focus onoptimizingprocesses and spaceutilization.

1. Equipment Operation:

• Operate andmaintainwarehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Lift and move materials and heavy items/packages asrequired.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in pick, pack, and shipping operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and shipping regulations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
