Hotsy of Nashville, a division of Kelsan, specializes in industrial cleaning equipment sales, service, and support, including hot and cold pressure washers, detergents, and related cleaning solutions for commercial and industrial customers throughout the region.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service operations and oversee our retail store in Nashville, TN.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: others may be assigned

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service department and retail store 
• Lead and support service technicians and store staff 
• Diagnose and assist with mechanical troubleshooting as needed 
• Ensure timely completion of equipment repairs and maintenance 
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service 
• Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and store organization 
• Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and service priorities 
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment 

Requirements

• Mechanical background required (pressure washers, small engines, industrial equipment, or related experience preferred) 
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred 
• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment 
• Basic computer and inventory management skills 
• Self-motivated with a hands-on leadership style
