What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Diagnose & Conquer:

Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Upgrade the Community:

Handle panel upgrades, rewiring, smart home installs, and custom lighting.

Be the Expert:

Communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners about solutions, scope, and pricing.

Code is King:

Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and national electrical codes—no shortcuts.

Own Your Mobile Shop:

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

• Licensed Pro: Current TDLR Journeyman/Wireman Electrician license required
• Field-Proven: 2+ years of residential/commercial service and troubleshooting experience
• Customer-Centric: Strong communication skills; ability to build trust with customers
• Clean Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical Capability: Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with service upgrades and complex panel replacements
• Knowledge of smart home systems and EV charging installations
