The Service Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Department in day to day functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Make phone calls to customers to set up and confirm appointments as well as make follow up customer relations follow up calls.
- Prepare agreements for service contracts.
- Review every service repair order for proper completion and accuracy.
- Add and/or change notes in repair orders.
- Close repair orders.
- Deliver all closed repair orders to the accounting department.
- Complete and file repair orders, billing forms, invoices, and requisition forms for service department.
