Welder / Fabricator – Industrial Steel Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience welding and fabricating heavy structural steel in an industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Stick Welding (SMAW) and Structural MIG Welding (GMAW)
• Weld and fabricate heavy steel components and assemblies
• Fit, layout, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with stick welding and structural MIG welding
• Experience with heavy steel fabrication preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong fabrication and fit-up skills
• Ability to weld in multiple positions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
