Job Duties:
1. Automated Production Line Technical Support & Operational Stability: Provide daily technical support for automated injection molding, post-processing, and assembly production lines. Ensure stable operation of equipment and production lines, minimizing unplanned downtime.
2. New Product & New Production Line Commissioning Support: Participate in commissioning and pilot production of new products and new production lines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning and operation.
3. Failure Analysis & Technical Improvement: Analyze and resolve complex and recurring equipment and process issues during production. Track downtime and equipment performance data and drive implementation of technical improvement actions.
4. Equipment Maintenance & Automation Adjustment: Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and repair activities. Perform necessary program or parameter adjustments on robots and automation equipment to meet product specifications.
5. Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement: Study and improve production processes and operating methods. Improve production efficiency while ensuring product quality.
6. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Support: Collect and analyze equipment, quality, and output-related data. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance process stability.
7. Safety, Systems & Compliance Execution: Comply with and implement plant safety, environmental, and integrated management system requirements.
Minimum requirements: Associates’ degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or closely related field and must have 2 years of production/manufacturing experience in the automotive glass or automotive components industry, including experience in the following:
1. PU/PVC encapsulation injection molding process for automotive glass, including key process control points.
2. Proficient in operating automated production lines, with hands-on experience in KUKA robot teaching/teaching pendant operation, reset, and trajectory fine-tuning.
3. Quality management systems, quality issue tracking and resolution, and on-site 5S and safety audit systems.
4. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement capabilities.
